Element Lad, Shadow Lass and Matter-Eater Lad were members of the Legion of Super-Heroes that may not have been the most famous but were nevertheless critical to that team's success in its later exploits during the 30th century. Jan Arrah was the sole survivor of planet Tron and possessed matter-transmuting powers.
Blue skinned Tasmia Mallor of planet Talok VIII has alongside her cousin been given hereditary shadow casting powers. And Tenzil Kem had, like others from the world of Bismoll, the ability to consume any substance.

Their counterparts on Earth-Two were Sargon... a faux 30th century descendant also named Sargon. This fake Sargon was a clone of the evil Blue Lama. The original had the ability to control and manipulate matter he touched, given to him by exposure to the Ruby of Life which like the Ring of Life empowers its users. Many would possess these objects throughout the years, as would be the case with their cosmic twins on Earth-One which the Justice League had to track down to save their world.
Blue Lama who was a blue skinned villainess who was a frequent foe of the original Sargon, and in fact made herself appear as the later Sargon on one occasion. Like Shadow Lass, Blue Lama could obscure the vision of others.
Finally, there was a clone of Sargon's stage assistant Maximillian O'Leary, who like his "father" had an obese appearance from over consumption of food which also was a hallmark of Matter-Eater Lad who was obese for a time. Although not possessing powers over matter himself as had the Lad, he was the beneficiary of his partner Sargon's abilities on more than one occasion during their time performing together around the world.
