Several of Batman's rogues gallery are virtually the same in the golden and silver age, so much so there seems to be no discernible difference.
Case in point, the the Dud Dynamic Duo, as we like to call them, of the Cavalier and Killer Moth.
The first of the pair to appear was the Cavalier, secretly millionaire Mortimer Drake, who's exotic and idiosyncratic tastes caused him to adopt his flamboyant sinister swordsman. The Earth-Two version battled Batman and Robin on four occasions. The Earth-One version first battled Batgirl and Batwoman, then Batgirl and Robin before graduating into a Batman foe alongside other villains.
The second of this duo on the scene was the Killer Moth, an anti-Batman of sorts, who adopted the alias of millionaire Cameron Von Cleer. Supplementing his modest wealth with his career as a criminal protector-for-hire, he quarreled with Batman and Robin three times. Once he even learned the identity of his foe. Then, gunfire caused the career of the Moth of Earth-Two to end suddenly.
His Earth-One counterpart's main claim to fame was being the first foe of Batgirl aka Barbara Gordon. After several encounters with her and the rest of the Batman Family, Von Cleer folded alongside his occasional partner the Cavalier.
