These orange-haired obstacles to peace and security quickly became serious  threats to the superpowered foes.

Lyle Corley was a high-wire performer who's fellow members of the Flying Corleys, during an aerial act under the big top, perished during a power failure. Recovering from his injuries, Lyle donned the disguise of the Clown using gadgets to seek revenge against Earth-One's Flash and others whom he held responsible for his family's deaths.

His Earth-Two counterpart did not have a known origin nor alter ego, but commenced his own criminal campaign which led to a battle versus TNT and Dyna-Mite. He didn't last long in his criminal endeavors as the dynamite duo defeated decisively.
