We've already been introduced to the Bowman of Britain, one of Earth-One's Green Arrows of the World. There were others from elsewhere whom their host, the costumed Oliver Queen and Roy Harper, invited to America for an Archer conference. This consisted of the Phantom of France, Bowman of the Bush, Ace Archer of Japan, the Bowman of Britain, and unnamed archers from Mexico, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland.
While the Phantom protected Paris and its surrounding territory from the forces of evil, inspired by the Avenging Archers of America, Earth-Two also had its own guardian... well of sorts...
Andre Reynard from La Roche, France, a noble man about to sell his family chateau to save a town ravaged by war. However, he had to fulfill an oath and contract left behind by his ancestor that states the Reynards had to save the lives of two archers before they could leave the chateau. Turns out, the elder Reynard lost the lives to two of his archer protectors when they fell into his trap while fending off a criminal highwayman.
Traveling to the United States, after training himself in archery, he tagged along as the Third Archer at several of the Battling Bowmen's cases until he finally saved them both and completed his obligation.
Yet he wasn't the first archer donning a mask in France... who were his predecessors and what can we learn from Earth-One's other brave bowmen?
