Thor the Thunder-Dog was the first to have human-like intelligence (although he was a robot replicating a dog not an actual pooch). Krypto the Superdog was the first to fly (although he was a canine from Krypton not Earth). Still, preceding both of these courageous creatures, not to mention Streak the Wonder Dog and Rex the Wonder Dog was Bulletdog.A stray dog adopted by the high-flying detectives, Bulletman and Bulletgirl, this canine was given a dog collar made of the same science that powered the duo's gravity regulating helmets. Thus allowed to fly, Tracer would aid his masters in both their civilian and costumed identities for years to come, making them a terrific trio indeed.
