Chan Yull was a prominent scientist on the sub-atomic planet of Klaramar residing on Saturn. Yull sought world rulership ceded to himself by the ruling council by planting a time-bomb that would destroy Klaramar. Instead, he was seemingly executed, although in fact he merely transported to his moon base. In the interim, a representative of the Klaramarian government sent Klee Pan to discover the time-bomb, which he was able to locate with the aid of two Highway Patrol officers. On three separate occasions, Yull... known to those on Earth-One as the Faceless Hunter of Saturn... was defeated by the two humans and Chan's people. Yull would once more return as a pawn of the Forgotten Villains, facing Superman and the newly formed Forgotten Heroes. Despite possessing tremendous size and scientific powers over electricity, the Hunter was unable to seize the victory he continued to seek.
Hora was a ruler over a segment of the hyper-space planet of Arkania attached to Saturn. Hora sought to conquer the entire world using his superior armed force and weaponry against the defenseless Arkanian Tribunal. Instead, Hora was vanquished when a visiting Hawkman of Earth-Two arrived there. Joined by the president of the Tribunal, Aka, the Winged Wonder was able to defeat three of Hora's bodyguard before the tyrant's daughter arrived, pledging her love and unity with Aka. This led to Hora's ultimate defeat, with all of Arkania finally achieving peace henceforth.
While the Klaramarian communicated via telepathy, the Arkanians utilized a derivation of bird-language. As such, they were able to communicate with the humans who aided them versus this pair of tyrants. While Chan Yull manifested genius intellect and a size-altered body, Hora relied on his strategist leadership over his followers and brute force. Although both races were radically different in appearance, culturally they had similar governmental structures and sense of order yet a lack of self-reliance when faced with the uncommon illegal element that cropped up within their societies. Klaramarians relied on manipulating scientific principles, Arkanians relied on manipulating their wildlife. Both worlds were tied to their respective Saturns through ill-defined laws of physics nevermore explored after their evil was thwarted. And so, the mystery of their existence persists within the realms of the Multiverse.
