A Queen Mulano resided on the 4th dimensional world of Duomal which was the parallel planet to Bgztl only attached to the Earth-Two universe, while the latter was attached to the Earth-One universe. While the individuals there had not yet developed this phasing power that Tinya's people gained. Mulano still had an encountered with an individual from the adjacent third dimensional world of Earth-Two in Zatara. He aided her in ending a long brutal war between the nations of Thrule and Arren. When he used his abilities to bring together the leaders of these respective countries to rule over a united planet now names Duomal. Milano's counterpart on the parallel planet of Bgztl was Winema Wazzo, herself a politician opposed to her daughter Tanya's superheroine career. She would lose the argument however as Tinya left her home world behind.
Tinya as Phantom Girl quickly decided in her mid-teen years to become the superheroine known as Phantom Girl, and journeyed to the third dimensional world of Earth-One in order to join the Legion of Super-heroes in her native 30th century. As one of the first members, she served with distinction and even became a part of the Legion Espionage Squad which handled covert missions for the Legion. Wazzo developed feelings for Ultra Boy aka Jo Nah. Rose Psychic alongside Doctor Occult had several adventures during the late 1930's through the mid-1940's, eventually leading to the Doctor becoming a member of the All-Star Squadron. Rose may well have also later joined this band of mystery men, although decades later what became of her would be a mystery while the Doctor was still operating into the 1980's, protecting their world and the Multiverse during the waning days of the Crisis on Infinite Earths.
