Using an ultra-dynamo created by a Professor Davis, Doog commutes a reign of terror only stopped by intervention of Starman, who had himself been bequeathed with a Davis’ gadget. However, scant weeks later Doctor Doog and Lightning Master were back, this time sent as an assassins by mastermind Ian Karkull, although the Justice Society defeated these two and their criminal cronies.
