Prince Tiko Daka was among the elite in Imperial Japan, and was a premier agent of Imperial Japan during the opening days of the conflict known as World War II on the planet of Earth-Two, was a craft and creative genius. Initially, after cloaking the Japanese air fleet in his invisibility shielding during the strike on Pearl Harbor, Daka attempted another attack on the American mainland which drew the attention of Starman. After clashing with him and his All-Star Squadron allies, during which Daka briefly claimed Starman's gravity rod for his own before being betrayed by one of his superhuman agents, he retreated to California to strike again. As for Tito Daka, now identifying himself as a doctor he led the League of the New Order which enabled him to use a computerized brain to control various minions to do his bidding. This drew the attention of Batman and Robin, who in a series of confrontations battled the Prince.
Takeo Soto inherited his heat-generating abilities as a baby, as fumes from the nearby active volcanic activity to his village mutated his body's chemistry. While Soto was mainly a champion for good on film, when criminals kidnapped his parents Soto as Sunburst had a brief costumed career. After a series of confrontations with Superboy of the United States, Takeo teamed up with the Boy of Steel to help free his parents and bring their captors to justice. Whether Sunburst continued his costumed career outside of movies is unknown, although he teamed up with Rising Sun later on.
Morrie Fushido wasn't a prominent man in his community as was his counterpart Soto nor his fellow Japanese in Daka, yet Fushido was still among the most prolific minds in the field of energy on Earth-Two during World War II. Morrie came in contact during an adventure with an atomic globe which the Black Dragon Society, a potent Japanese organization. Teaming up with the Atom, the pair were able to secure the globe before any threat ensued. After this adventure, Fushido retired from heroics to be a prominent member of the Japanese community, seeking to overturn strongly entrenched prejudices brought on by World War.
