The Brave and the Bold: Batwing & Blackwing

On Earth-One, Tim Luke Fox was the college age son of Wayne Foundation President Lucius Fox. Despite trying to provide fatherly support to his son, Lucius found only animosity from Tim. In fact, Tim became drawn to two fellow young men, all three of whom were secretly supplied with technological suits and vehicles including weaponry by a mysterious donor (Talia Al Ghul), allowing them to act out their worst impulses. As the Vulture, Tim joined his teammate Fox and Shake as members of the new Terrible Trio, inspired by the original three felons who used those aliases. Although initially successful in their supervillainy, the Trio were finally defeated by Batman. 

On Earth-Two, Charley Bullock was a young college graduate who had been personally trained by Huntress’ Justice Society colleague Ted “Wildcat” Grant. Charley benefited from the tutelage under Grant, who was a former world champion heavyweight boxer. This gave the lad the direction in life that led to Bullock’s love for justice, which led him into entering law school and pursuing a legal career. This also planted the seeds for a secondary aspiration, to follow the example of the Justice Society who operated in his home town of Gotham City. 

Some years his criminal career was thwarted, a now mature Tim whom now went by his middle name Luke and cleared up his former legal troubles. Fox adopted the heroic alter ego of Batwing, incorporating his Vulture equipment into his new outfit. However, those adventures have thus far been left unchronicled, only having been only hinted at as a possible future timeline.

Bullock's supervisor at the law form of Cranston, Grayson and Wayne had herself held a dual career as both a lawyer and a superheroine. This woman, Helena Wayne aka the Huntress, took up the mantle of her father the Batman after his death. She nearly lost her own life at the hands of crimelord Boa and his minion Karnage, who attacked their law offices. Later, while attempting to root out the Boa's gang in Gotham, she nearly lost her life until she was saved by Charley in his newly crafted identity as Blackwing.
