Generals Grevious: Electric and Ito

General Electric and General Ito were a pair of diminutive devious dictators working for the Axis Powers during World War II, who gained notoriety later on as foes of caped crusader. Both menacing men were sponsored by he Imperial Japanese military, grooming them into being master tacticians.

The general later named Electric experienced severe head trauma when part of his skull for crushing during a conflict. The Japanese government gradually rebuilt his cranium with cybernetic enhancements, which gave him genius level intellect wherein he became a master inventor. However, as he gained mental fortitude, he rebelled against those who experimented on him, asserting control over himself and his automated creations..

As for General Ito, he was said to be of mixed heritage, part Japanese and part German. When the superhero spy from the United States known as Mister America, and later as the Americommando, infiltrated Germany in order to sabotage their military, the German government recruited Ito from the Japanese to track him down.

Developing werblink dolls, and later an electronic gaming entity known as Commander Electric, General Electric battled first the Sandman of Earth-One and later Wonder Woman. Both superheroes defeated him

Despite their multiple encounters wherein he uncovered his arch-enemies fabricated identities and exposing these, General Ito was no match for the more physically imposing Mister America. Although mentally evenly matched, General Ito lost each time, eventually seemingly losing his life during their last confrontation in Europe.
