The parallel planets of Lexor and Hator had diametrically divergent histories, yet due to the maliciously malevolent malcontents whom their people's looked up to, each faced the ultimately final fate. These wicked worlds had such scewed views of right and wrong, that superheroes of Earth would appear as villains to them.
Lexor was a mostly desert planet orbiting a red sun*, where a woman named Ardora captivated the heart of Lex Luthor! In fact, this world was a prime location chosen by Luthor to challenge his arch-enemy... the Superman of Earth-One... to a duel to the death. With the red sun sapping Superman of his powers, while Luthor was given anti-gravity shoes to compensate for Lexor's increased gravity, the two men were physically equal when battling one another there. And yet, Lex felt for the plight of this planet's people, and agreed to lose their battle if Superman used his abilities to draw water from an ice world to Lexor, resuscitating its barren landscape. Soon after, with Lex's guidance, the Lexorians unearthed advanced technology left buried from their ancestors centuries earlier.
Hator was by all accounts an advanced technological world orbiting a red sun*, with evil Queen Wickeda leading her forces versus an opposing power leading to a global conflict. On this world, despite its affluence, it was mired in a militaristic attitude which dominated its history. Generation after generation, the older taught the younger to act in ruthless manners atypical of the morals throughout the rest of the universe. From this world spawned a ferocious foe for the Wonder Woman of Earth-One, Wickeda's daughter Badra!
Despite being revered as a hero on Lexor while cast as a villain throughout the rest of his universe, Lex Luthor wasn't satisfied with a life on his adopted world. Even when his now wife Ardora birthed him a son, the allure of this planet's long-dominant technology led Luthor to build a battle suit capable of exacting revenge against his hated foe. When Superman arrived on Lexor in pursuit of Luthor, as he had time and time before this, the two men battled. Inadvertently, while projecting a destructive beam at Superman, Luthor's ray refracted off his enemy and instead destroyed a Neutrarod which Lex installed in Lexor to stabilize the world. This caused it, like Krypton before it, to destroy.
Similarly, the conflict between Ardora's counterpart Wickeda's army and her opponents led to the unleashing of a Cosmic Bomb, which detonated and destroyed Hator, The planet's sole survivor, Badra, arrived on Earth-Two after the lead mine she was hidden within was thrust from her devastated home world.
After a brief foray into felony, Badra was subdued by Wonder Woman and brought to Paradise Island's Reform Island, where she would be reconditioned as a law abiding citizen. Sadly, Badra's counterpart Faora of Krypton-One never repented of her wicked ways, continuing to torment Earth-One and Superman for years to come!
* While it's been documented that Lexor orbited a red sun, it hasn't been verified that Hator also encircled one. However, as the Hatorian's possessed superhuman abilities on par with Kryptonians, it seems evident that this is the case. Moreover, it seems quite likely with the red sun and increased gravity that the Lexorian's would have Kryptonian level powers in Earth's solar system.
