Irma Ardeen and Eviless were blonde women born on the planet Saturn aspiring to greatness. Journeying to the 30th Century Earth-One, Irma alongside two other youths became founding members of the Legion of Super-Heroes, using her telepathic abilities to aid her allies.
Eviless was not so heroically inclined, perhaps due to her native culture which practiced slave trading of which she was a recruiter. Sent by Duke Mephisto Saturno, Eviless recruited a telepathically powered Earth-Two femme fatale known as Hyponota to obtain human servants, and found herself opposed by Wonder Woman.
While Irma had an honorable career as a Legionnaire, even becoming a leader despite her sometimes temperamental outbursts, Eviless became the leader of Villany Inc. when she organzed fellow female prisoners of Reformation Island against the Amazonians and later America. She wasn't as successful as Saturn Girl, quickly finding herself back on Reform Island*.
There was also Saturn Queen and Esper Lass who originated from Titan-One, and tormented Ardeen in various incarnations of the Legion of Super-Villains. Having variations on the mental powers of the superheroine, they nevertheless always found defeat as Saturn Girl proved superior both in her abilities and aptitude.
On Earth-Two, the sisters of Hypnota and Serva were the evil Legionnaire's counterparts, also employed by Saturn-Two in their evil slaving commerce and eventually the former obtained membership into Eviless' Villany, Inc. Meanwhile, Serva was freed of her sister's control, and presumably leads an honest life as her own woman once more.

* In the 30th century future of Earth-Two, inhabitants of Paradise Island and Reform Island would've remained young. This would've included Eviless, allowing her to exist at the same time as her counterpart Saturn Girl of Earth-One.
