Triplicate Girl was in reality Lournu Durgo of the planet Cargg, who used her native-born ability to create three independently functioning bodies. She became the fourth member to join the Legion of Super-Heroes. Even when the original Triplicate Girl perished versus Computo, the two remaining twins who became Duo Damsel continued fighting fearlessly.
Terrible Triplets was the nickname given to identical sisters Lillie, Millie and Tillie Heyday. All three were raised by their grandmother after their parents perished. They met Wonder Woman and her friends from Holliday College, and the trio were soon enrolled in that school where they became members of the Holliday Girls*.
Lournu and Chuck retired from active duty to become instructors at the Legion Academy. As for the Heyday ladies, they had several adventures alongside the Holliday Girl's obese team leader Etta Candy and the rest of the gals, including when they were almost forcibly recruited into Gundra's Valkyries. During their adventures, the Heyday gals displayed superhuman speed and leaping ability. Lournu has her Legion flight ring.

* In an alternate future of Earth-Two, Etta Candy along with her friends and family stayed eternally young throughout the centuries thanks to her invention of vitamin L-3. This would've included the Holliday Girls, who'd live into the 30th century when the Legion of Super-Heroes operated on Earth-One.
** During a 3000 century tale, Etta spoke to her “brother” who was dressed identical to Steve Trevor, so apparently Hard Candy was Trevor’s lieutenant in that era.
