Perhaps the most stark divergence we see in the Fringe alternate Earth's take on superheroics is this combo... Red Lantern/Red Arrow. The young Peter Bishop collected DC Comics on his world and this included this pair of Justice Leaguers favoring a different color, although it makes sense. Consider the Ace Archer... Oliver Queen, who as Green Arrow recruited as his sidekick the lad Roy Harper as the red-clad Speedy. So on "alternate" Earth-One, the Battling Bowmen would consist of Red Arrow and the green-clad Speedy (or maybe "Swifty"?).
As for Lantern, it has been revealed in recent years that his power ring harnesses the green aspect of the spectrum, with the red portion accessing rage instead of green's willpower. And this seems to be indicated in the harsh... almost villainous... take on Hal Jordan shown on the Fringe cover. We wonder if perhaps Lantern and Arrow "over there" didn't get along like they had "here"?
