Two men... blinded both on sight and in insight... given a second chance to see again only to exploit their opportunity. Philip Reardon and Timmy Reardon were each as the Ten-Eyed Man and Blindman, brief adversaries of the dark knight detectives.
Philip was a Vietnam War veteran who had an enduring injury of scrapnel fragments lodged in his forehead. After am incident with the Batman of Earth-One while employed as a security guard fighting off felons, Philip was blinded. However an eye doctor performed surgery that linked Reardon's optical nerves to his fingers. Seeking revenge on Batman, he began his career as the Ten-Eyed Man. This led to a couple battles with Batman and a later one with Man-Bat.
