She was considered the most popular, most intelligent, most beautiful girl in Fairfax High School. Like her counterpart on Earth-Two, Sugar Plumm, she was the de facto leader in her two-person partnership, bossy blondes running roughshod over redhead rubes. These male man-children, Chris King and Spike Wilson, at times led with their heart rather than their heads, and saw their idealized version of the perfect girlfriend in these little ladies. Despite this, neither Vicki nor Sugar were normal lasses, and while not much is known of Miss Plumm’s teenage years*… we know quite a bit about Miss Grant’s.
Inexplicably, while having access to numerous gifts beside her H-Dial allowing her to transform into various superheroines, Vicki’s trademark look was a fashion faux pas… her perpetual pigtails. While glad on various stylish looks with an impressive ensemble of cutting-edge clothing, her hairstyle with a dramatic departure from most young ladies in her age group. Evidence suggests this may be more in line with the “Sailor Moon” effect, with these follicle-features taking on a life of their own. As if these pigtails were additional limbs with a mind of their own… which effected the mental disposition of these meticulous meta-human maidens! Consider the evidence!
