Devious Doctors Determined to Destroy Do-Gooders

Doctors Elektro and Bakeelu, a more dastardly pair you'd be hard-pressed to find. Doctor Elektro was an alien being that faced Space Ranger on four separate occasions. Using such devices as an invisibility cloak for his ship, artificial duplicate of his foe, mental transference technology, and disaster devices, Elektro's schemes never seemed to propel him past his ingenuous enemy.

Bakeelu was the leader of the People from the Green Star. Intent on conquering Mars, Jupiter and eventually Earth-Two, he lured scientist Elwood Napier the his location and brainwashed him into becoming the Conqueror. Using similar helmets this the first he Napier wore, Bakeelu almost succeeded in controlling the members of the Justice Society until Green Lantern defeated Napier. The Green Star aliens errantly destroyed their own world and as such their civilization was extinct.
